When am I committed?
You are committed when you pay. Ignition and Vector go through secure checkout. Other plans start as a request, and nothing is charged until you agree.
What does Joey do without asking?
Joey can watch, explain, suggest, and prepare. He asks before a risky step. Approved work can run after you say yes. You can change that anytime.
What if I cancel?
Email hello@jwatson.io to cancel. Cancellation stops future charges. It does not erase work already done in your workspace. Monthly fees already collected are not refunded automatically. The setup fee is not refunded once onboarding has started. If onboarding never started, email hello@jwatson.io and we will review a refund of the unused setup fee. Details are on the refund page.
Is my data used to train AI?
We do not sell personal information. Customer financial data is not used to train a shared or cross-customer model. Read the privacy policy.
